These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Printastic.biz website (“Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not use the Website.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Website after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Definitions

“You” or “Your” refers to the user of the Website. “Printastic.biz”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the provider of the Website.

  1. Shipping Information
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within India for orders above Rs. 5000. Orders below Rs. 5000 incur a shipping charge of Rs. 149.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Non-personalized orders usually ship within 3-4 business days, with an expected delivery time of 7-10 days.
    • International orders ship within 7 business days, with delivery timeframes of 7-10 additional business days depending on the zone and chosen courier partner.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
  • Delivery Delays: We may contact you to confirm your delivery address if necessary. In case of difficult access or unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure events), delivery may take longer than estimated.

Please note, we use only reliable courier services or Speed Post. That said, please be aware that we can’t be held liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier service provider or Speed Post, or due to any factors that are beyond our control. However, we constantly strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, within the estimated timeframes specified in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely case that delivery isn’t possible for reasons out of our control, including but not limited to the delivery area’s inaccessibility, poor courier service in the delivery region, and/or force majeur events, we’ll intimate you about such issue/s and cancel your order. Thereafter appropriate full refund/store credit will be issued (only for non-personalized orders).

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
  • Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a damaged product, please email us with photos within 48 hours at contact@printastic.biz. We will investigate and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
    • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after the date of processing the refund.
  • Cancellations:
    • You can only cancel orders before they are processed or shipped by emailing us at contact@printastic.biz.
    • Personalized/customized orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
    • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
    • We’ll do our best to hold the shipment if the cancellation request is received before the order leaves our store. However, there are no guarantees that cancellation requests will be honored in all cases.
  • Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
    • For credit/debit card or net-banking payments, refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days.
    • Please note that the speed of refund depends on your bank. We can only release funds from our end and can’t do much if the delay is from the bank or credit/debit card issuer.
  1. Currency Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR).

  1. Order Processing

Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm IST, Monday through Friday. For inquiries outside these hours, please reach our customer service at contact@printastic.biz and we’ll look into it at the earliest possible.

  1. Customer Service Policy

We strive to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We aim to ensure all listed products are in stock and pricing is accurate. Standard delivery timeframes are 3-14 business days. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 5 business days and offer alternative options, a backorder, or a full refund.

  1. Care Instructions

We are not liable for damage caused by improper/reckless product use or disregard of provided care instructions, as well as any shortcomings in the quality or make of the product in such a scenario.

  1. Measurements and Dimensions

Product measurements are approximate to provide a general size understanding. Actual delivered dimensions may vary slightly.

  1. Images and Mockup Use

We strive to provide accurate product images, but some may use mockups. The actual product look/color/shade may slightly differ from the website images.

  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

“Printastic” is a proprietary trademark of Printastic.biz.

The Website and all content, including text, illustrations, and images, are owned or licensed by Printastic.biz. This content is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Printastic.biz has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product. We will also cancel orders if your credit card has already been charged and issue a full refund.

  1. Availability, Product Information, Pricing, and Colors

Many of our items are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out. We remove sold-out items from the Website as soon as possible.

Most products are locally manufactured. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but monitor discrepancies may affect color representation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printastic.biz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from any losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Website using your internet account.

While we strive to respond promptly to emails, Printastic.biz is under no obligation to respond to all messages, maintain submitted comments in confidence, or compensate for comments or submissions.
